Inclusion Criteria
1.Players who practice regularly for 2 – 5 years
2.Players who suffered chronic shoulder pain/ injury like Shoulder impingement, Anterior instability, Rotator cuff injury, tendinitis, GIRD
3.Injury occurred during play or practice of sports
Exclusion Criteria
1.Acute shoulder injury
2.Scapular dyskinesia due to nerve injury
3.Players who have undergone specific training
4.Any surgical intervention of shoulder or chest
5.Pulmonary conditions like asthma, COPD
6.Smokers
