Inclusion Criteria
All the patient of grade-1, 2 or 3 pterygia with:
1. Primary nasal pterygium
Exclusion Criteria
1. Temporal pterygium
2. Recurrent pterygium
3. Pseudopterygium
4. Atrophic, cystic or inflamed pterygium
5. Patients on antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs
6. Patients with bleeding or clotting disorder
7. Patients with associated ocular surface disorders
8. Patients with previous history of any ocular surgery or trauma in the same eye
9. Patients refuse to participate in the study
