? Patients between 20 and 70 years of age who underwent laparoscopic gynecologic surgery through general anesthesia
? American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I,II
? Weight 40 ~ 75kg
? Patients who signed the agreement
? patient's refusal
? Fentanyl or nefopam hypersensitive or allergic
? If the patient is undergoing analgesic treatment before surgery
? If the patient is pregnant or is pregnant
? myoma or tumor surgery
? Unregulated medical illness
: Gastrointestinal ulcers, heart failure, uncontrolled diabetes, severe infection.
