1. Patient with Mild cognitive impairment (MCI), Alzheimer disease (AD), Dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB), frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD), corticobasal syndrome (CBS), Primary progressive aphasia (PPA), Progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), Normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH), tauopathy and healthy middle-aged and elderly volunteers.
2. Patients whose results of the research examinations are expected to be of benefit for themselves and their families or to be of value for dementia studies.
1. Clinical history of cerebrovascular diseases, brain tumors, or other neurological disorders that may cause cognitive impairment or dementia. However, cerebrovascular dementia is not excluded.
2. Use of medications with antidepressants or antipsychotics.
3. History of drug or alcohol abuse.
4. Any uncontrolled medical condition, abnormal thyroid function, vitamin B1 deficiency, or vitamin B12 deficiency.
5. Deformity or disorders of the spine or hip joint. In contraindication to having MRI scan.
