1 Patients willing to participate in the research work after giving well informed written consent in predesigned proforma
2 pregnant women primi gravida or multigravida between the age group of 20-35 years coming for antenatal checkup with along with complaints of vomiting and nausea.
3 vomiting should be of mild(NVP=6)to moderate degree(NVP 7- 12).
1. Age group 20 years and 35 years. 2 Unconscious patient and psychiatric illness. 3 History of moderate to severe episodes of vomiting during previous pregnancy. 4 Patient having moderate to severe dehydration.5 Women of molar pregnancy. 5Cases with vomiting due to causes other than pregnancy like migraine, gastroenteritis, TORCH infection or any other infection, acid reflux, Ovarian cyst, tumor, peptic ulcer, appendicitis and cholecystitis etc. 6 Suffering from any chronic illness eg. Gastrointestinal diseases, Severe anaemia, Jaundice, Diabetes, Blood Coagulopathy, Skin diseases (psoriasis, eczema, seborrheic dermatitis, necrotizing fasciitis), Tuberculosis, Bronchial Asthma, Malnourished, Very obese, Hypothyroidism, Hypertension, Liver diseases, Heart diseases, Renal diseases etc. 7 Malignancy or any benign tumor of any organ.8Women of early pregnancy with genital tract diseases like gonorrhoea, HIV and STDs. 9 Any allergy to any drug or trial drug.
