Inclusion Criteria
1. Women with primary and secondary infertility undergoing natural/Controlled ovarian Stimulation Cycle with thin endometrium less than 7mm at the time of HCG trigger. ï??
2. Infertile women with previously cancelled cycle because of thin unresponsive endometrium
Exclusion Criteria
1. Endocrine Disorder. ï??
2. History of haematological disease.
3. Congenital or acquired uterine anomaly. ï??
4. Contraindication for GCSF treatment (past or present malignancy, renal insufficiency, liver dysfunction).

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Endometrium thickness of greater than 7 mm after 36 to 40 hours of intra uterine instillation of Granulocyte colony stimulating factor.Timepoint: 36 to 40 hours.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1) Occurrence of biochemical pregnancy after 2 weeks (urinary Pregnancy test positive) and clinical pregnancy (presence of intrauterine gestational sac on TVS) at 6weeks, during the follow up after the intrauterine instillation of GCSFTimepoint: 2 week and 6 week.
