Inclusion Criteria

1) Normal hormone profile (AMH >1.5µg/l,

FSH <12 mIU/ml on day 3 of menstrual cycle)

2) BMI 18.5â??29.9 kg/m2

3) Euthyroid state with normal thyroid function

tests

4) Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

1) Distorted uterine anatomy e.g. fibroid,

adenomyoma distorting the endometrial cavity

2) Poor ovarian reserve (AMH <1.5µg/l, FSH >12

mIU/ml, AFC <5 on day 3 of menstrual cycle)

3) History of endometritis in the

past (including tubercular endometritis)

4) Associated medical problems like diabetes

mellitus or hypertension, heart disease or

drug allergies

5) Renal disease

6) Malignancy

7) Sickle cell disease
