- The primary outcomes of this study are Impostor Phenomenon, Psychological Well-Being, and Job Satisfaction. Impostor Phenomenon will be measured using the Clance Impostor Phenomenon Scale (CIPS), where scores of 40 or less indicate few Impostor characteristics, 41-60 indicate moderate experiences, 61-80 indicate frequent feelings, and above 80 indicate intense experiences. Psychological Well-Being will be assessed using Ryff’s Scale, with scores 1.5 standard deviations above the mean indicating high well-being and 1.5 below indicating low well-being. Job Satisfaction will be measured using the Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS), where scores of 36-108 indicate dissatisfaction, 108-144 indicate ambivalence, and 144-216 indicate satisfaction.

This prospective cross-sectional quantitative study aims to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction, psychological well-being, and imposter syndrome among migrant working women. Data will be collected through convenience sampling using online surveys circulated via social media. Data analysis will be performed using Jamovi, where relationships among the variables will be assessed through Pearson/Spearman correlation tests. Further analysis will be done, and the subsequent findings will be discussed and interpreted. Necessary approvals will be obtained to ensure confidentiality, and participants will be provided with mental health referrals as needed, ensuring responsible management of their data.

- •Females currently working in the tertiary sector, aged 22 –
- •Participants who shifted from their place of birth to another state within India.
- •Individuals who had spent almost 50% of their lifetime away from their current residence.
- •Individuals who are currently a resident of India.
- •Participants proficient in English.
排除标准
- •Females who migrated from one country to the other.
- •Participants with psychiatric illness.
