Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
The comparison of the microbiological status between explanted Bone flaps (subgroup A vs. subgroup B) using microbiological culture.

The comparison of the bony microarchitecture of the explanted Bone flaps (subgroup A vs. subgroup B) using microscopy and the expression analysis of biomarkers of bone viability (parathyroid hormone type I receptor (PTH1R), osteoprotegerin (OPG), receptor of NFkB (RANKL), osteocalcin, C-terminal telopeptide) using immunohistochemistry (Subgroup A vs. subgroup B) in the explanted cranial bone (cortex and spongiosa)
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
The comparison of the infection potential after contamination of the explanted Bone flaps and the CAD with specific bacterial strains, i.e. whether pathogens grow at different speeds in the various subgroups. (Subgroup A vs. Subgroup B vs. Subgroup C)
