Study Overview
Brief Summary
At the end of the study, we would be able to assess the Association Between Emotional Intelligence and Manas Prakriti.The association between emotional intelligence and Manas Prakriti is a relatively unexplored area in scientific research. Investigating this link can help to integrate Ayurveda perspectives with modern psychological theories, potentially leading to the development of more personalized and holistic interventions for emotional and mental health.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Apparently healthy participants with aged between 18 -30 years without any discrimination of gender, caste and religion.
- •Individuals willing to give written consent for participation in proposed research work.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any kind of diagnosed Systemic and major psychological illness.
- •Individuals undergoing any therapy or medication that affects mood or cognition.
- •Any other factor which may jeopardize the result of the study will be excluded.
