Inclusion Criteria
1) Adult patients with ASA class I-IV (aged 19-70 years)
2) Patients diagnosed with atrial fibrillation and underwent RFCA for the first time under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1) Children (under 19 years old)
2) Patients who were diagnosed with atrial fibrillation and underwent RFCA
3) Patients with a high likelihood of lung aspiration
4) Patient with unstable vital signs
5) Patients with liver, kidney disease
6) Patients with metabolic diseases
7) Emergency surgery
8) Pregnant women,
