Inclusion Criteria
Patients with a clinical diagnosis of chronic paronychia defined as : absence of cuticle with swelling and erythema of proximal nail fold lasting >6 weeks.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Acute paronychia.
2.Chronic paronychia as a part of other dermatological disorders.
3.Patients who are already on topical steroids or oral antifungals in prior 2 weeks.
4.Pregnancy and lactation.
