入排标准
入选标准
- •diagnosed with cerebral palsy with spastic diplegia
- •normal to mild MR
- •grade 2 or grade 3 spasticity on modified ashworth scale
- •able to stand and sit with support
- •dynamic equinus deformity
排除标准
- •previous surgery to tendoachilles or subtalar joint
- •any contracture of bilateral lower limb
- •moderate to profound MR
- •any systemic illness
- •allergic to botulinum toxin injection
- •patient attendant not willing to participate
- •local skin lesion
- •drugs contraindicated with botulinum toxin
