Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients between 18-60 years of age of either sex.

2.Patients having nasal obstruction of Deviated Nasal Septum (Nasanaha).

3.Patients having Turbinate Hypertrohy along Deviated Nasal

Septum (Nasanaha).

Exclusion Criteria

1. Nasal obstruction due to any other condition other than Deviated Nasal Septum.

2Patient suffering from gross nasal deformity.

3Complete nasal obstruction where Jala Neti or Nasya is not possible.

4PatientinwhichJalaNetiorMarshNasyais contraindicated.

5History of Nasal Bleeding.

6People prone to or having ear infections.
