Inclusion Criteria
In-patients of the geriatric department of the Alfried Krupp hospital Essen who are at least 70 years old and able to communicate their level of daytime sleepiness
Exclusion Criteria
Patients <70 years, patients who are not able to provide information about their level of daytime sleepiness
