1.Age between 18 â?? 60 years
2.ASA I and II
3.Posted for modified radical mastectomy
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal
2.Local anaesthetic allergy
3.Bleeding diathesis
4.Locally advanced breast malignancy with infiltration of chest wall
5.Deranged liver function
6. Spine/ chest wall deformity
7. BMI > 35 kg/m2
