Maintenance Hemodialysis patient
Serum 25(OH)D < 30 ng/ml
Vintage of Maintenance Hemodialysis over 3 months
Patient who is on active vitamin D sterol(calcio, bonky, zemplar)
Patient who is on Cinacalcet
Liver cirrhosis
Acute or Chronic infection patient (Pneumonia, Diabetic foot etc, any acute infection 1 month before participating the study or more than 3 months of chronc infection)
Anti-inflammatory medication or steroid (1 month before the study)
Hypercalcemia (>10.6mg/dl)
history of Urinary stone
Malignancy
Intact PTH over 800 pg/ml
Chronic inflammotry disease or auto-immune disease
On immunosupressant drugs
History of kidney transplantation
History of Parathyroidectomy
Impossible to participate the study determined by the investigator
