Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Parturients undergoing caesarian section delivery under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Unwilling parturients.
- •2\) Placenta praevia
- •3\) Pregnancy induced hypertension, preeclampsia,
- •4\) Arrythmia
- •5\) Cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease,
- •6\) Obesity with a BMI \>\= 40,
- •7\) Gestational age \< 36 weeks or \> 41weeks
- •8\) Any fetal complications
- •9\) Severe anemia
- •10\) Patients with any defect involving left fingers hindering use of pulse oximetry
