Inclusion Criteria
pregnancy who admitted to delivery room of Thammasat university hospital and had normal delivery
Exclusion Criteria
medical problems include renal and liver disease
immunocompromised host
overt diabetes mellitus
intrapartum fever or infection
allergy to steroid drug
allergy to local anesthesia drug
1st or 4th degree tear episiotomy or median episiotomy
no episiotomy
not willing to attend
