Inclusion Criteria
Female patients of age between 18 to 65 years, undergoing Modified Radical Mastectomy (MRM) surgery under General Anaesthesia (GA).
Patients willing to give informed written consent
Exclusion Criteria
History of anaphylaxis or allergy to the study drugs
ASA 3 and ASA 4 patients
Patient having renal,hepatic dysfunction or cardiovascular dusfunction (ejection fraction <30%)
History of chronic pain
BMI more than and equal to 30kg/m square
Psychaitric disorders or drug abuse
Chronic use of opioids or alcohol
