1-All players were males with normal healthy subjects.
2-Ages of players ranged from 21 to 35 years.
3-All players were active players.
4-The participants were free of any hamstring injury at least for 6 months before applying the protocol.
5-All players entered the study had their signed consent form
1.Commencing participation in a team after the start of the trial.
2.Any previous lower extremity injury that required medical attention in the past 6 months.
3.Any systemic disease, cardiovascular disease, neurological disorders.
4.Any surgery in the previous year.
