Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients take their antihypertensive medication(s) as prescribed at least 3 month 2. Sytolic office blood pressure 140-179 mmHg or Diastolic office blood pressure 90-109 mmHg
Exclusion Criteria
1. Presentation of warning signs of stroke or myocardial infaction. 2. Coffee or tea consumption, cigarette smoking, steroid or hormonal medications intake, pseudoephridine nasal decongestant. 3. Possibly secondary hypertension.
