- •1.Pacientes con ERC estadios III y IV (aclaramiento de creatinina entre 15 y 60 ml/min, medido mediante la fórmula MDRD-4), no incluidos en programa de diálisis, ni trasplantados renales.
- •2.Pacientes con concentraciones séricas de ácido úrico superiores a 9 mg/dl.
- •3.Pacientes de edades comprendidas entre 20 y 75 años.
- •4.Pacientes con ausencia de enfermedades intercurrentes que condicionen un compromiso vital en un plazo inferior a 1 año, como por ejemplo, procesos neoformativos.
- •5.Pacientes que otorguen el consentimiento informado por escrito.
