1.Patients who gave written informed consent
2.ASA Physical Status I, II or III
3.Age 35-60 years
4.Elective laparoscopic hysterectomy under general anaesthesia
Patients who:
1.Refused to sign the consent
2.Had allergic history to any drug
3.Were unable to understand VAS
4.Were drug addicts and psychiatric patients
5.Had genital malignancy
6.Had deep pelvic endometriosis
