Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. women between 18\-80 years
  • •2\. new case of idiopathic OAB
  • •(low post void residual urine,
  • •no abnormal neurologic examination)
  • •3\. able to use telemedicine

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. not be able to follow up during study period
  • •2\. not be able to understand Thai language
