Inclusion Criteria
1. Age more than 18 years old
2. The health care workers of faculty of medicine, Chiang Mai University who have had diabetis millitus type2 or impaired fasting glucose and were
3. The health care workers who participated in the clinical program develop self-care capabilities of diabetic patients and risk groups for personnel that held from March to May 2019.
