1) Patients with an inoperable pancreatic cancer
2) Patients with upper abdominal or back pain caused by pancreatic cancer
3) 20 years = age < 80 years
4) Patients who have not had a celiac plexus block
5) Patients who have no effect on WHO three step ladder approach
6) Patients with voluntary written consent
1) Not agree to participate in research
2) Patients with an operable pancreatic cancer
3) Patients with side effects of local anesthetics or steroid
4) when other causes cannot be excluded
5) Patients with coagulopathy or sign of infection
6) Patients with Yellow flag sign
7) Patients with Red flag sign
