Inclusion Criteria
Primary care patients 75 years and older without previous cardiovascular disease or diabetes who consult their general practitioner about their cardiovascular risk.
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria consists of patients with previous cardiovascular disease or diabetes, terminally ill patients and a diagnosis of dementia or cognitive impairment.

Name Time Method <p>The main study endpoints are the number of patients that consult their general<br /><br>practitioner about their cardiovascular risk when a consultation like this is<br /><br>offered and the number of patients<br /><br>a. using cardiovascular preventive medication and high HCY;<br /><br>b. using cardiovascular preventive medication and low HCY;<br /><br>c. not using cardiovascular preventive medication and high HCY;<br /><br>d. not using cardiovascular preventive medication and low HCY).</p><br>
