Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy or gynecological robotic surgery
- between 19 years old and 65 years old
- American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status classification (ASA PS classification) = III
- estimated duration of anesthesia : 2 hours or less
- Ambulatory cases
- cases where a transfer is predicted to intensive care unit
- cases where intensive care is applied
- Body mass index 30 or higher
- Pregnant or breast-feeding
- Child-Turcotte-Pugh class C
- Acute narrow-angle glaumcoma
- incommunicable
- cognitive impairment
- not comprehensive to the informed consent
