Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients diagnosed with renal tumours with Size less than 7 cm
  • •2\.Patient fit for surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients with locally advanced renal tumor(tumor invades surrounding structure)
  • •2\.Tumour size \>7 cm.
  • •3\.Patients not fit for laparoscopic surgery.
  • •4\.Patient not willing to participate in study.
  • •5\.Patients with contrast allergies.
