Inclusion Criteria
All late preterm and term neonates admitted in NICU at birth and expected to receive maintenance fluid for first 48 hours. Minimal enteral nutrition or saline boluses for shock will not preclude entry into study.
Exclusion Criteria
Major congenital malformation or hydrops fetalis
