Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients of ASA physical status ! and 2.

2.Patients between 20-60 years of age.

3.Patients able to comprehend and willing to participate.

4.Patient in whom nalbuphine is indicated for prevention of shivering.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients refusal to participate.

2.Contraindication to use of nalbuphine

3.Patient with known allergic to nalbuphine and bupivacaine.

4.Patient contraindicated to regional anaesthesia.

5.Obese patient with Body Mass Index (BMI >30).
