Inclusion Criteria
Age >18 years
Patient presented to the emergency department with symptoms consistent with
ischemic stroke.
Having undergone NCCT and MPCTA
Exclusion Criteria
Intracranial haemorrhage identified at baseline CT.
Previous moderate to large stroke in the ipsilesional hemisphere.
Patient unable to undergo CT angiography because of recent estimated creatinine
clearance of less than 60 mL/min, contrast material allergy, or other reasons.
Any terminal illness (patient not expected to survive longer than 1 year).
