Inclusion Criteria

Be single
Regular mensturation
no record of major psychological diseases
Not having chronic diseases or genital tract
Insensitive to herbal medicine
Not performing professional exercise and exposure to stressor in the last 6 months
Non-specific treatment to relieve symptoms of dysmenorrhea over the past 3 months
having of regular menstrual cycles and pain score more than 3 on the visual analog scale (VAS)

Exclusion Criteria

Use of birth control pills and herbal medicines; As well as painkillers and other relaxation techniques or acupressure to relieve dysmenorrhea; Having of renal; hepatic; respiratory; and blood diseases
