For 34 vegans
1. Vegan diet intake is at least 5 years
2. Female with age 55 years and over
3. Do not take antibiotics, probiotics, vitamin D and calcium for more than 3 months
4. Do not drink alcohol and smoke regularly.
5. body mass index; BMI is lower than 25.
6. Healthy (Do not have chronic diseases related to the gastrointestinal tract and Metabolic Syndrome e.g., obesity, diabetes (types 1 and 2), high blood pressure, fatty liver disease, cardiovascular disease, Crohn's disease, Ulcerative colitis, Bacterial overgrowth syndrome, Celiac disease and Irritable Bowel Syndrome).
