Inclusion Criteria
1.Students who will be having academic procrastination score more than 48 as measured by procrastination Assessment Scale for students(PASS)
2.Students who will be willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
1.Students who are on psychotherapy or psychotropic drugs.
2. Students who will be absent on the day of data collection.
