Method of measurement: Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire-Appearance Scales (MBSRQ-AS).;Negative Emotions. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention), after the intervention and 2 months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS-21).;Acceptance. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention), after the intervention and 2 months after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: acceptance and action questionnaire ll.;Psychological Well-being. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention), after the intervention and 2 months after the end of the intervention.
