Study Overview
Brief Summary
主要目的：分析原发中枢神经系统淋巴瘤（PCNSL）患者外周血 NK 细胞蛋白组学和磷酸化蛋白组学，并与正常人群进行比较，以期发现 PCNSL 患者 NK 细胞和正常人群蛋白表达和蛋白修饰存在什么样的差异。

Inclusion Criteria
- •1.年龄 18-75 岁；男女不限；
- •2.诊断为原发中枢神经系统淋巴瘤；
- •3.理解并签署知情同意书者。
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.存在需要立即干预的急性感染，包括肺炎、急性肾盂肾炎、皮肤软组织感染及血流感染；
- •2.接受过 PD-1/PD-L1 免疫治疗或者其他细胞免疫治疗；
- •3.存在血流动力学不稳定的危重症患者；
- •4.存在自身免疫性疾病。
