recovering from operation after hip or femur fracture
Exclusion Criteria
Cognitive comorbidity such as delirium or dementia
lake of insight of illness
visual impairement
insufficient understanding of the Dutch language
insufficient teachable

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method <p>The implementation of the CoCo hip service will be evaluated in terms of use<br /><br>(login frequency and length of log, number and type of exercises,<br /><br>questionnaires and videos viewed and / or filled, how much time at home spent<br /><br>on the program), satisfaction with the service (UTAUT), satisfaction with the<br /><br>treatment (CSQ) and quality of service (SERQUAL). </p><br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method <p>Outcome measures to evaluate clinical outcome are: pain (10cm VAS),<br /><br>disease-specific health status (HHS), functional status of the patient (PSFS),<br /><br>physical functioning (SF-36), quality of life (SF-36) . Outcome measures to<br /><br>gain insight into the potential efficiencies: are patients demurrage at ZGT and<br /><br>TMZ premises, time investment required per patient and travel time of the<br /><br>patient.</p><br>
