Inclusion Criteria
According to Berg Balance Scale Score, mild to moderate balance impairment i.e 21-56.
Individuals able to follow commands.
Exclusion Criteria
Musculoskeletal conditions diagnosed with recent lower limb fractures, ankle sprain. Diagnosed cases of cardiovascular conditions like unstable angina , myocardial infarction. Neurological and vestibular conditions like stroke and BPPV. Recent surgeries like spine and lower limb surgeries.
