Inclusion Criteria
Individuals with lateral epicondylitis
Symptoms for over 2 weeks
Positive Cohens test
Having score of more than 3 on visual analogue scale
Decrease in pain grip strength more less than 5 percent on affected side compared to unaffected side
Participants willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Any injury around shoulder, elbow, wrist on affected side in past 6 months
Primary carcinoma or secondary metastasis present in upper limb
Professional athletes
Pregnancy
Clinical diagnosed anemia
Orthopedic surgeries during the last 6 months
History of heart surgery
Individuals having hypertension and are on medications
Clinical diagnosed anemia
