- •1 Previous history of pleurodesis
- •2 Traumatic spontaneous pneumothorax
- •3 Patients with underlying haematological disorders- coagulopathies
- •4 Patients with hypotension and other cardiopulmonary disease
- •5Known case of allergy to doxycycline .
