Females diagnosed with Hypothyroidism from at least 1 year who regularly taking medicines
Patients with chronic pulmonary disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease, Cardiac disease, stroke, Those with musculoskeletal inability to perform physical exercises, Cigarette smokers, Postmenopausal Women, Any recent surgery, Any known psychological illnesses that could affect their perceived health status, Patients who are taking drugs that alter the cardiovascular functions , Critically ill patients , Having any other systemic illness, Unwillingness to participate
