ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologist) grade I and II patients
Severe traumatic brain injury
Mechanically ventilated
Intracranial pressure monitoring being done
Exclusion Criteria
Age (less than 18 years and greater than 49 years)
glaucoma
Life threatening multiple injuries
Severe systemic disease ASA grade more than III
