- •patients within 10 years of diabetic diagnosis
- •- American Society of Anesthesiologist(ASA) physical status classification system) I or II
- •- patients aged 19 to 64 years
- •- patients who undergo total knee replacement
排除标准
- •- more than class III of American Society of Anesthesiologist(ASA) physical status classification system
- •- patients with hypersensitivity to fentanyl
- •- refusal of intravenous PCA
- •- patients over 10 years of diabetic diagnosis
- •- patients with diabetic neuropathy
- •- patients who ungergo both knee replacement
