Inclusion Criteria
1.Age between 18-70 years.
2.Mild Head Injury Glasgow coma scale (GCS) 13-15
3.Head Injury within 24 hours of presentation
Exclusion Criteria
1.Severe Head Injury
2.Presentation with seizure
3.Extensive scalp laceration
4.Patients who are extremely restless and unable to maintain the device.
