To not have psychotic disorders like depression or anxiety disorders.
There is a possibility of continuous access and control.
Have not participated in same educational classes.
To have at least 14 and at most 18 years old.

Test anxiety. Timepoint: Measure the test anxiety at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and after the completion of the training. Method of measurement: Sarason test anxiety questionnaires.;Perception of classroom. Timepoint: Measure the perception of classroom at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and after the completion of the training. Method of measurement: Gentry, Gble & Rizza questionnaires.
