Inclusion Criteria
To not have psychotic disorders like depression or anxiety disorders.
There is a possibility of continuous access and control.
Have not participated in same educational classes.
To have at least 14 and at most 18 years old.
Exclusion Criteria
Sample students do not participate in classrooms

Name Time Method Test anxiety. Timepoint: Measure the test anxiety at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and after the completion of the training. Method of measurement: Sarason test anxiety questionnaires.;Perception of classroom. Timepoint: Measure the perception of classroom at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and after the completion of the training. Method of measurement: Gentry, Gble & Rizza questionnaires.
