Singleton live fetus with satisfactory admission CTG. In active phase of labor with cervical dilatation 4-6 cm, gestational age between 37-41weeks.Vextex presentation with no evidence of CPD.
History of hypersensitivity to the drug. Women with associated medical conditions like heart disease, chronic hypertension, epilepsy, respiratory and renal disease. Associated obstetrics complications APH, GDM, severe hypertension in pregnancy, multiple gestations. Previous history of Lscs, myomectomy and hysterectomy.
