Inclusion Criteria
patients who scheduled for liver transplantation to treat end-stage liver disease (eg, liver cancer, liver cirrhosis, liver failure, hepatitis, etc.)
Exclusion Criteria
child who is under 30 kg or less in the pediatric population
In cases which cell saver were not applied during surgery

Name Time Method Blood collected by cell saver before and / after the anastomosis procedure is collected to evaluate the changes in the degree of bacterial contamination within the blood.

Name Time Method After the biliary anastomosis, the blood collected from the autologous blood transfusion apparatus and the difference in blood bacterial contamination after the leukocyte removal filter was applied are evaluated
