1.Patients with no extensive periodontal therapy in the previous six months.
2.Patients with at least 16 teeth with a minimum of 4 molars.
3.Systemically healthy with no contra indications for periodontal surgery.
4.Patients with two or more inter proximal sites with clinical attachment level >= 4mm, not on the same tooth (or) two or more interproximal sites with probing pocket depth >= 5mm with radiographic evidence of bone loss.
1.Pregnancy or lactating females.
2.Patients with significant active caries or other oral disease.
3.Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases.
